Stroke Recovery

Laiken Blackwell, M.S., OTR/L
Lindsey Crutchfield, M.S., CCC-SLP
Kailyn Butts, B.S., SLP/A
Laiken Blackwell earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Auburn University and her master's degree in occupational therapy from Alabama State University.
Laiken has experience working in a variety of settings including early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, school system, skilled nursing facility and outpatient orthopedics.

She brings energy, love, dedication, and individualized services to each patient she works with.
Lindsey Crutchfield is the founder of Full Circle Therapy and a licensed and certified speech language pathologist.
She received her bachelor of science in communication, speech, and disorders from Nova Southeastern University. Lindsey then continued her education at Nova Southeastern University, receiving a masters of speech and language pathology.
As a clinician, Lindsey strives to have effective communication and listening skills, the ability to create positive working relationships with clients of all ages, exhibit creativity in treatment activities, ability to be an active member of a multidisciplinary team and encourage clients throughout therapy.
Kailyn Butts is a graduate of Auburn University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Science.
She is excited to be a part of our team and to pursue her passion of helping others improve their communication skills and overall quality of life. With a strong academic foundation and a dedication to continued learning, Kailyn demonstrates a strong desire to grow and specialize as a therapist!
She looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients she serves.
